根据我国机械制造行业的现状,目前对非数控机床进行数控化改造是我国机械行业中一项重要的和意义深远的工作。在这种前提下,本文详细分析设计了CA6140普通车床数控化改造的全过程。
论文共分为五大章节,第一章为概论;第二章为设计任务和设计方案确定;第三章为机械部分的结构设计;第四章为控制系统的硬件电路;第五章为软件编程设计。
论文首先对数控机床的发展史、工作原理和数控改造的重大意义等作了简要阐述,接着针对本文的设计要求,提出了技术改造的总体方案,车床纵向、夹具、动力头、步进电机的伺服控制以及8031单片机为核心的软硬件控制系统。
在纵向机械传动部分的设计中,作者通过计算切削力、最打动负载、转动惯量和电机力矩,确定丝杠类型和传动比,以及步进电机的型号。纵向传动采用直联式,并采取了几项措施以减小定位精度误差。

ABSTRACT
At the pretent day,based on you country’s mechanical manufacture industry actuality,numerical contral reforming for the non-numerical-control machine tool is an important and far-reaching significance work for our mechanic manufacture industry.
At this premise,this thesis analyzed and designed the whole numerical control reforming for the mon lathe.
The thesis was divided into six first section was second section gave the total scheme’s design of reforming the CA6140 third section described the designing of longitudinal step machine part in servo- forth and fifth section described the designing of the hardware part and the software of the control six section was the special subject part.
In the thesis,the author first introduced the development history and the working principle of the numerical-control lathe,and the important significance of numerical control according as the demand in the designing,the total scheme for the reforming is brought forward. The longitudinal step and horizontal step is controlled by the step electric sysrem is based on the 8031 simple-puter.
In the designing of the engine transmission,by the calculation for the cutting force,the furthest movability load,the rotating quanting and momet of the electric machine,the author determined the ball screw type,transmit proportion and the step electric machine horiz
