摘要
电子海图显示与信息系统(ECDIS)被认为是继雷达/ARPA 之后在船舶导航方面又一项伟大的技术革命。ECDIS已发展成为一种新型的船舶导航系统和辅助决策系统,它不仅能连续给出船位,还能提供和综合与航海有关的各种信息,有效地防范各种险情。ECDIS使航海自动化迈上一个新台阶,其应用前景是十分可观的。本课题为优化船舶计划航线设计,提出了一种基于电子海图的自动设计方法。首先,本文对电子海图进行了一些适当的概述,以及电子海图的功能做了适当的分析,然后通过追踪安全等深线和处理障碍区,,进行路径的可航渡性测试,自动搜索一条安全的最短计划航线,根据障碍区的动态变化,实时调整和优化航线。并阐述了基于电子海图设计航线需要完善的事项。最后得出了电子海图在经济性、高效性和可靠性等方面都是具有明显的优势的结论。

Abstract
Electronic chart display and information system ( ECDIS ) considered the radar / ARPA in ship navigation is a great technological revolution. ECDIS has developed into a new type of ship navigation system and auxiliary decision system, it not only can continuously give position, can provide and integrated with navigational information, effectively prevent various dangers. ECDIS makes navigation automation to the last step, the application prospect is very considerable. The topic for the optimization of ship design plan route, proposed one kind based on the electronic chart automatic design method. First of all, this article on electronic chart for some proper is outlined, as well as electronic chart functions to do the appropriate analysis, and then through the track safety contours and obstacle areas, be navigable area. In navigable area, path navigable test, automatic search for a safe and shortest routes, according to the dynamic change of time zone, adjust and optimize routes. And it expounds on the electronic chart design routes need to improve matters. Finally the electronic chart in the economy, efficiency and reliability and so on are all has the obvious advantage of the conclusion.
