【摘要】
进入21世纪,随着国内各种类型机床改造需求的扩大,机床改造已经逐渐形成了一个产业,数控机床的改造形成了机床业发展的趋势。数控龙门铣床的大量需求以及计算机技术和现代设计技术的飞速进步,数控龙门铣床的改造还在不断扩大,不断发展以更适应生产加工的需要。
本论文首先阐述了国内、国外数控龙门铣床的发展,展望数控龙门铣床的未来状态。然后对数控龙门铣床的工作原理进行全面分析研究,解析数控龙门铣床的结构,了解其性能、运行状态之后将原有数控龙门铣床进行改进。主要改进了数控龙门铣床的主轴部件包括主传动运动的变速系统、各种轴承以及支承部件、进给部件包括联轴器和减速机构、数控系统包括标准形数控系统硬件和软件。其次,分析了在数控龙门铣床的主轴部件、进给部件以及数控系统中出现的常见故障如何维修,此外,还阐述了数控龙门铣床在改造时应注意的问题,最后用事实为依据说明了数控龙门铣床具有很高的加工精度和效率。

The present paper first elaborated the home, the overseas numerical control planer-type milling machine development, and the forecast numerical control planer-type milling machine future condition.
