产学研结合的研究生培养模式研究
——以“交大-宝钢”模式为例

摘要

本文研究了中外产学研合作教育发展的历史与现状,并总结其经验。
文章主要聚焦上海交通大学产学研相结合的研究生培养模式,运用个案
研究和实证研究等方法,以“交大-宝钢”研究生培养模式为典型个案,
总结分析这种培养模式的新特征及动力,探讨实施这种培养模式存在的
困难,提出完善这种培养模式的建议。本研究希望为产学研结合培养研
究生提供有益的借鉴。
第一章,从当前国际竞争的形势、国内发展的需要提出我国创新研
究生培养的紧迫性;分析我国当前研究生培养存在的一些薄弱环节,指
出产学研结合培养研究生是创新研究生培养模式的重要途径。
第二章,介绍美国、日本等发达国家产学研合作教育的动态和基本
做法,将国内产学研合作教育的历史划分为四个阶段,提炼产学研合作
教育的几个典型模式,并分析其特征。
第三章,总结“交大-宝钢”研究生培养模式的特征,并分析其动
力。
第四章,探讨与分析“交大-宝钢”研究生培养模式存在的困难。
第五章,提出完善“交大-宝钢”研究生培养模式的对策与建议。
第六章,总结本研究的成果,并提出研究展望。

A STUDY ON CULTIVATING MODEL OF POSTGRADUATE
UNDER THE PARTNERSHIP
OF INDUSTRY AND UNIVERSITY
—— A Case Study On the Model of“SJTU and Baosteel”

ABSTRACT

This paper researches into the history, present situation of
cooperative education of industry and university domestic and
abroad, and summarizes its experience. Applying case study and
empirical study and other research methods, the paper focuses on
the SJTU’s cultivating model of postgraduate under the
partnership of industry and university .Using the cultivating
model of“SJTU and Baosteel”as a typical case ,the paper analyzes
the new features and impetus of this model ,presents the
difficulties in practicing and put forward suggestions for
perfecting it ,so that it can provide some practical proposals for
cultivating model of postgraduate under the partnership of
industry and university .

competition and domestic development, the author presented the
urgency of creating the cultivating model of postgraduate ,
analyzed the weak points existing in current education of
postgraduate in China ,and pointed out the cultivating model of
postgraduate under the partnership of industry and univ
