基于视频的交通参数检测技术
摘要
在智能交通系统中交通信息的采集起着十分重要的作用它可以
帮助改善交通信号控制的方案实现交通诱导提供实时的交通信息以
及对交通状况进行实时监视
本文对基于视频的交通检测技术进行了两个方面的研究一是基于
区域感应的交通参数检测技术主要讨论了三种方法虚拟线圈法虚
拟线时间图法和虚拟窗口法提出了一种基于虚拟检测线的交通信息采
集算法二是基于运动分割和跟踪的交通参数检测技术在讨论了各种
运动分割和跟踪的方法的基础上提出了基于扩展卡尔曼滤波器的运动
跟踪模型来实现对运动目标的跟踪缩小了特征搜索的范围提高了
算法的效率在特征提取方面采用了质心和窗口相结合的方法兼顾
了目标的位置和形状;而且还初步的去除了行人对运动目标跟踪的干扰
并进行了算法验证

VIDEO-BASED DETECTION ON
TRAFFIC PARAMETERS
ABSTRACT
The extraction of traffic information plays an important role in
Intelligent Transportation System(ITS).The extracted information can help to
better the control of traffic signals and release the traffic congestion, and it
can also monitor the real-time situation of traffic and provide information for
traffic management department.
This paper researches two problems on video-based on traffic parameters.
First, the Paper mainly discusses about three methods about “region sensor”:
the virtual loop method, the virtual graph method and the virtual window
method. A practical algorithm based on virtual line is proposed to detect
traffic parameters in traffic scene. Second, based on discussions on some
essential algorithms about motion segmentation and motion tracking, the
paper discusses the tracking model based on recursive extended Kalman filter
(EKF). Motion estimation based on EKF accurately estimates the feature's

position so as to decreases the size of the region matching feature. In feature
extractor, the bines centroid of the moving objects to tracking
window to distinguish pedestrian and moving vehicle.
