Abstract:This paper expounds the design requirements of the floor height and the influences of the bulding height for the reminds the consumers to pay attention to the floor height in the purchase of residential puts forward some measures to improve it for the old tenants of the lower floors and also offers some proposals for the consumers to solve the problems of the floor height when buying a residence. This text have greater suitability in one's power。

0 引言
居者必需有其屋,住宅是社会基础生活的必需品。然而购房者对住宅的购买大多关心的是位置、楼层、户型以及由建筑面积决定的房价,很少有人关注层高。
1 我国城市住宅现状
中国住房和城乡建设部部长在《全国住房城乡建设工作会议》上表示,截至2009年底,中国城市人均住宅建筑面积约30m2,;国家发改委发布的《中华人民共和国可持续发展国家报告》称,2010年, m2, m2;北京大学中国社会科学调查中心发布的《中国民生发展报告2012》称, m2,人均住房面积为36 m2;中国工程院院士、清华大学建筑学院副院长在2014年“可持续发展与能源效率媒体论坛”上表示,考虑到未来中国人口增长、城市化率提高,人均建筑面积控制在40 m2左右。
