摘要
21 世纪随着经济全球化时代的到来以及我国国民经济的不断发
展社会对各类高等人才的需求也在不断的发展和变化如何适应国际
国内经济政治形势变化带来的市场需求变化培养高层次的实用型人
才是每所高校不断思考和探索的问题高校毕业生就业指导机构作为
联系劳动力市场和高校的纽带扮演的角色日渐重要发挥的作用也日
益扩大 2002 年以来随着高校大量扩招后的毕业生逐渐进入求职阶
段高等教育的产品面临了空前的压力大学生就业成为高校和社
会共同关注的问题在过去的十几年间高校就业工作经历着从计划经
济体制下的分配制度到逐步实行双向选择的过渡性转变作为
全国著名的重点学府上海交通大学在就业工作也一直保持着内地高校
中的领先性和前瞻性如何面对市场化转变的新形势如何在这一转变
中把握先机迎接挑战突破自我务实创新是摆在交大就业工作者
面前的新课题
本文围绕就业市场化这一理念对交大就业工作展开分析研究
首先本文对上海交大就业工作的情况进行了回顾对交大的就业工作
现状进行介绍和分析同时也分析了新情况下就业指导工作面临的新问
题接着本文研究了境外高校就业指导工作的先进理论和实践经验
为制定就业工作新策略开拓视野提供思路然后本文深入剖析了高
校毕业生需求的推动与拉动因素并对交大毕业生市场需求进行预测
将了解市场需求作为建立就业市场化运作平台提高就业服务和职业辅
导水平的根本依据最后本文从人员素质思想理念工作方式和工
作内容等各方面提出了做好就业指导工作开创就业市场化运作新局
面的积极对策

ABSTRACT
In 21 century, coming with the economics globalization and the continuous
development of national economics, the demand for all kinds of highly-educated
talents is changing rapidly. We should consider such questions as how to conform
our education system to the changes in the demands of the talents market, which is
brought about by the domestic and international economics & politics, and how to
cultivate the practical talents on high level. As a tie between talents market and
college, the career anization plays more important role and gives
further effect in job market. As a result of the policy of extra-enrollments,
enormous college graduates enter into job market in 2002. Therefore, career
center in college should work under pressure. Career services in college has
e the mutual concern. In the past decades, college career services has
experienced the transformation from “allotment system” under planning
economic system to the “mutual choice system”. As a key university, Shanghai
Jiao Tong University always takes the leading role in the field of career services.
