文档介绍：摘要:港口作为交通运输体系中的重要环节,是能源消耗和废气排放大户,每年排放的二氧化碳量占交通运输业碳排放总量的10%左右。因此,合理有效的控制港口生产活动过程中二氧化碳的排放,对实现低碳发展有非常重要的作用。但在实际发展过程中,人们往往更重视绿色港口的建设,而忽视了低碳这一目标。基于这一现状,本文选取“低碳绿色港口”试点建设的天津港为主要研究对象,将低碳绿色理念贯穿始终。本文首先在低碳经济和绿色经济概述的基础上,概括总结出低碳绿色理念的基本内涵;其次,从四个方面分析了影响港口低碳绿色发展的因素;接着基于低碳绿色发展理念对天津港发展环境进行了分析,指出天津港低碳绿色发展中存在的问题;最后,针对天津港低碳绿色发展中存在的问题,提出对策建议。

Abstract: As an important part of the transportation system, the port is the major energy-consuming and exhaust-gas emitter. The amount of carbon dioxide emitted per year accounts for about 10% of the total carbon emissions of the transportation industry. Therefore, reasonable and effective control of the port production process of carbon dioxide emissions, to achieve low carbon development has a very important role. But in the actual development process, people tend to pay more attention to the construction of green ports, while ignoring the low-carbon this goal. Based on the current situation, this paper chooses Tianjin Port, which is the pilot project of "Low Carbon Green Port", as the main research object, and runs low carbon green concept throughout. This paper first summarizes the basic connotation of low-carbon green concept on the basis of the summary of low-carbon economy and green economy. Secondly, it analyzes the factors that affect the low-carbon green development of port from four aspects. Secondly, based on low carbon green development concept, This paper points out the problems existing in the low-carbon green development of Tianjin Port. Finally, it puts forward some countermeasures according to the problems existing in the low-carbon green development of Tianjin Port.
