摘要
改革开放以来,家族企业对我国经济的发展做出了重大的贡献,在经济方面支撑了我国经济的半壁江山,解决数以千万计人的就业问题,甚至有部分家族企业走出国门跨国经营。通过调查资料得知我国现有私营企业中90%以上是家族企业,就处于创业期的家族企业而言,企业规模小、信誉不足、市场知名度较低、抵御风险能力差,如何让家族企业生存下来是这一时期的主要目标,因此家族企业在创业期就存在不少发展障碍。笔者以研究家乡店口五金家族为例,研究家族企业中普遍存在的状况及问题,并且通过调查分析找出家族企业管理模式上的创新路径,以期望能够为将来店口的家族企业提供一定的建议和帮助。

Abstract
Since the reform and opening up the family business on China's economic development made a significant contribution to supporting the economic front half of our economy, tens of millions of people to solve the employment problem, and even some family business to go abroad transnational operations. Through our existing private sector survey that more than 90% of family businesses to at the start of the family enterprises, small scale, lack of credibility, the market less well-known, poor ability to withstand risks, how to make family business survive down the main objective of this period, the family business in the business there is a lot of obstacles to development. Author of the family home hardware store port as an example, the situation prevalent in the family business and problems, and find out by investigating the mode of family business management innovation path to look forward to the future shop in the mouth of the family business to provide certain advice and assistance.
