都市高架轨道箱梁的声学优化
摘要

高架轨道交通已经成为中心城市必不可少的交通方式但其产生的高架辐
射噪声污染严重影响了居民的正常生活我国国内的高架桥主要采取混凝土箱式
梁的结构在列车通过时轮轨高频激励通过轨枕的传递激起箱梁的振动它以波
的形式从桥面传遍整个箱梁产生箱梁辐射噪声这种噪声的强度和持续时间和
箱梁的结构形式有很大的关系当箱梁的自振频率与列车运行激励力的频率相
近就会因共振而产生强烈的噪声同时箱室内表面的振动也会在箱室内不断地
反射形成回声而持续作用
本文根据上海现行明珠线的等变截面箱式梁首先提出了一种识别箱梁
辐射噪声的方法并进行了现场的实地噪声测试获得了箱梁辐射噪声的分布频
段接着对箱梁进行有限元建模计算箱梁的固有振动频率并模拟列车通过时
的实际情况加载激励计算箱梁的谐响应和辐射声场在了解箱梁辐射声场与
其结构形式的关系后提出了一种短接刚性的连续梁结构通过这种结构使
箱梁的边界条件由简支向固支转化错开激励频率与箱梁固频并使箱梁固频落
在幅度较小的激励区间中以减少箱梁的辐射噪声最后本文还针对现行即将
施工的高架线路段提出了等截面箱式梁的施工方法并进行了配筋运算和强度
校合

ACOUSTIC OPTIMIZATION OF VIADUCT CONCRETE
BOX BEAM
ABSTRACT


Viaduct transportation have already been the essential
transportation way in key-city, but it produced the high structure
radiated noise pollution and seriously affected in our normal life.
The concrete box beam structure was usually used in our country,
when the train passed through, the vibration by the high frequency
wheel-track impact drove through the rail pad, aroused the box
beam wave from all the bridge and radiated structure noise. The
intensity and duration of the noise have big relations with the box
beam’s structural style, when the box beam’s base frequency
closed to the impact frequency of the train. It will cause the
intense noise, the box beam’s internal surface vibration can also
be reflect continuously and form the echo simultaneously.
According to uniform, variable cross-section box beam on
Mingzhu bridge in Shanghai, the text firstly proposed a method to
recognize the radiated noise from box beam and carried on the
scene noise test to obtain the radiated noise’s distributed
frequency band of the box beam. After that it carried on the finite
element model to box beam, calculated the box beam's natural
vibration frequency and the impact was added during the
simulation of the t
