二甲醚汽车发动机燃油系统配试与模拟计算
摘要
中国的资源环境与人口增长经济发展之间的矛盾在 21 世纪的
前 30 年内将是对整个中华民族的最为严峻的挑战因而如何合理
利用我国的能源资源尤其是煤炭资源发展新型的清洁能源迫在眉睫,
而二甲醚经济便成为解决这一系列问题的关键国家清洁汽车行动委员
会设立了二甲醚汽车的研究开发项目目的是开发使用二甲醚作燃
料的汽车保持原有性能的基础上满足更严格的排放标准缓解国内能
源危机以及汽车对环境的污染西安交通大学中国第一汽车集团无锡
油泵油嘴研究所中国第一汽车集团大连柴油机厂联合承担了该项目
在 CA498 自然吸气发动机的基础上进一步开发改进本课题属于该项
目的子课题目的是通过油泵试验和模拟计算解决燃油系统与发动机
匹配的问题使二甲醚发动机在汽车所需要的各工况内均能正常工作
性能优良以及满足欧排放在供油系统中对发动机影响较大的因素
主要有柱塞行程柱塞直径供油提前角喷油压力喷油嘴的高压流
量高压油管的内径出油阀参数凸轮型线等课题的主要研究内容
就是要找出这些参数对发动机性能的影响优化匹配参数来达到所要求
的发动机的性能和排放指标

MATCHING AND NUMERICAL SIMULATION
OF FUEL SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE ENGINE
FUELED WITH DIMETHYL ETHER
ABSTRACT
The conflict among environment protection increasing
population and economic development in China will be the most
severe challenge for the Chinese people during the early thirty
years of the 21st century. It’s very urgent to develop new clean
energy sources and reasonable utilize the conventional energy
resource,especially coal. One of the clean energy resources is
dimethyl ether (DME). Therefore, the mittee for
Clean Vehicles Actions set an related project, . Research and
development of vehicle engine fueled with dimethyl ether, which
can meet the severe emissions regulation and mitigate the energy
sources cris es. Which was undertaken by Xi’an Jiaotong
University Wuxi Fuel Injection Equipment Research Institute
and The FAW Dalian diesel pany. It is well known that,
in fuel supply system of . engine, there are many parameters
affecting the engine performance, such as stroke and diameter of
plunger, fuel injection pressure, effective flow area of nozzle,
cam profile, type of delivery valve and internal diameter of
injection line. The objective of this paper is to find how these
parameters influence the engine performance and then optimize
those parameters to achieve the better engine p
