高等医学院校科研绩效影响因素研究

摘要

高等医学院校(包括附属医院)是我国医学生命科学科研整体实力
的重要组成部分,在医学生命科学飞速发展和世界各国间竞争日趋激烈
的今天,如何提高科研绩效,以有限资源投入实现科研成果产出的最大
化,是目前被广为关注的热点问题。由于科研活动是一个多参量投入和
多参量产出的开放系统,因此影响因素错综复杂。本研究以上海某大学
医学院为研究对象,采用整群分层随机抽样方法,对其下属的 1 个二级
学院和 4 个三级甲等附属医院中承担各级各类科研项目的课题负责人过
去 5 年的科研绩效进行调查,应用统计学方法对可能影响科研绩效的主
要因素进行单因素相关分析和多因素逻辑回归分析,并提出相应的措施
建议,供医学院校科研管理部门参考。
主要发现
1、科研团队情况、科研经费投入、科研人员年龄、参加国际学术交
流情况、8 小时之外从事科研工作时间是影响科研产出的关键因素;
2、教学、医疗工作对科研产出的影响没有统计学意义;
3、绝大多数科研人员认为应深化科研管理体制改革,试行课题责任
人负责制(PI 制),实行国内外同行评议制。
主要建议
1、加强学科与人才队伍建设,培育高水平研究团队;2、广泛争取
资源,加大科研投入;3、扩大对外学术交流与合作,拓展国际视野;5、
整合资源,着力改善科研支撑条件;5、积极创造条件,鼓励临床医生开
展临床基础和应用研究;6、深化科研管理体制改革,试行 PI 制和国内
外同行评议。
