摘要

当今世界经济已经由工业化转向信息化信息建设成为全球发展的趋势和衡量
各的指标进入 WTO 我国的公路货运市场加快了开放的步伐
众多的力量雄厚的国外著名运输及物流服务企业逐步进入我国的交通领域我国运
输市场的竞争将更加激烈我国交通运输企业只有向国外学习结合自身的特点和
实际情况依靠高新技术技术创新改善管理降低成本尤其是应用信息技术
才能在未来的竞争中成长今年是中国进入 WTO 的第五年根据条约规定从前年
开始允许外资独资进入我国的运输市场我们的运输业是否已为此做好了准备从
信息建设上要怎样面对挑战这是本文所关注的问题
本文首先介绍了项目背景和项目研究内容及其方法综述了目前国际和国内物
流以及道路货物运输的主要情况特点和趋势从道路运输行业信息系统建设的情
况道路运输业在全球经济发展中的机遇以及道路运输业务发展的必要性和信息
技术对物流运输行业的重要作用等几个方面进行详细的阐述说明信息系统建设对
道路货运的重要意义随后通过调查问卷的方法在深圳地区对道路货运业的信息系
统建设情况做出调研分析其中的优势不足并给出在目前情况下道路货运企
业建设信息系统应采取的步骤和建议最后根据研究结果对深圳一家道路运输企业
的信息建设情况做出分析给出信息建设方案和具体规划

Summary
Today, world’s economy is changing from industrialization to informatization
information building es trends of the world and the guideline to evaluate the
developing level of countries and areas. After entered into WTO, our (land transportation)
logistic market has expedited its speed of opening, many powerful famous foreign logistic
panies have entered into our logistic area, it makes the petition more
fierce, our panies must learn from the outside, combine with our own characters
and situations, depends on higher technologies, innovations, improving managements, and
low costing, especially the application of information technologies, that can be grown at the
petitive environments. This year is the fifth year for us to enter into the WTO,
according to the agreements, the foreign enterprise can enter into our logistic market in the
form of sole investment. Are we fully prepared for these? How to face the future challenges
on information construction. These all are the questions we will focus on.
