上海城市社区文化发展研究

摘要

随着社会主义市场经济的发展上海市城市居民的生活方式发生
了巨大的变化由过去计划经济下的单位人向社区人转变
在这样的社会样式转换之后社区文化成为社区人越来越依赖的
生活空间的一部分也是增强人们社区归属感必不可少的内容但是
对于它的重要性人们并未充分认识因此在社区文化建设的过程中
虽然取得了明显的成就但是也存在着不少问题既有文化设施的建
设与管理方面的问题也有对社区文化建设的认识与参与的不足方面
的问题本文通过对社会学视野下的社区文化研究的回顾以及对上海
市社区文化建设历程的考察与现实分析为我们解决上述问题提供了
理论上的指导和经验使得上述问题得以从物质环境精神价值组
织体制和运作机制三个层面来解决

A RESEARCH 0N THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
OF MUNITY CULTURE

ABSTRACT

With the development of the socialism market economy, great
changes have taken place in the life style of the city residents in our
country: unit persons under the planned economy system have e
community persons”. Because of munity culture has gradually
e part of life munity persons” depend on more and
more and also e an indispensable part to strengthen their sense of
belonging munity. But people have not been fully aware of its
importance. Therefore though obvious achievements have been obtained
in the process of munity culture there are also many
problems including not only the problems of building and managing
culture facilities but also the problems of lacking the cognition and
participation in munity culture. Through looking back on
the research munity culture from the view of sociology and
studying and realistically analyzing the process of munity
culture in our country, it will provide for us theoretical guidance and
experience to solve the above problems from material environment
spiritual value, organizing system and operating mechanisms.
