摘要
质量代表着一个进
入不仅使拥有广阔市场前景的中国将成为发达国家争夺市场的焦点而且上
海将成为世界制造中心之一这将使上海制造业面临国际竞争的新考验实施全
面质量管理是提高制造业竞争力的有效工具因此在这样的情势下研究上海制造
企业目前的质量管理状况就非常必要了
本文首先阐述了国际质量管理的发展历史通过对发达国家和地区如美国
欧洲日本的质量管理理念的形成过程及发展现状进行研究明确了质量管理理
论要素和模型以及质量管理实践的测评方法通过问卷调查等方式收集了必要
研究数据确定进一步分析的实证研究方法
其次借助统计分析工具对调研数据做了全面深入的分析处理主要从质
量管理要素的因果关系分析要素的权重结构分析顾客为中心实践与企
业绩效间关系这三个层次上分析了上海制造企业质量管理实践状况这些分析表
明上海制造企业已经遵循当前质量管理理论进入了不断改进的轨道
最后本文以上海中资和中日合资制造企业为比较对象在质量管理的领导
重视和参与员工培训和参与供应商控制质量工具运用员工和顾客满意等
指标进行了水平比较以求从具体质量管理实践上对中资与中日合资制造企业
进行诊断找出两类企业质量管理实践的共性和差异总结出两类型企业在质量
管理上各自的强项和弱项着重阐述了上海各类型企业在质量管理上亟待解决的
问题

Quality shows the level of technology, production, management and culture in a
country. China who has the largest market will be the focus of petition
worldwide, because China will be a member of WTO. What’s more, Shanghai is going to
be a global manufacturing center. Shanghai’s manufacturing enterprises have faced the
heightened challenges from petitors. Total quality management is an effective
method to enhance petitiveness of the manufacturing industry. In this situation,
it’s necessary to study the quality practices of Shanghai’s manufacturing enterprises.
Firstly, state the history of the international quality management. Research and
compare the development processes and situation of the quality management in the
developed countries such as America, Europe and Japan Based on the analysis of the
quality management push forward an idea about the quality management on key factors,
theoretical models and measurement methods. The research data are collected by
questionnaire investigation. Then the analytical methods are selected.
Secondly, the investigation data are systematically analyzed through the statistical
tools. Therefore, the relationship between the factors of quality p
