摘要:大学创新文化建设是以培养创新人才为目的,以开展教育创新、深化教育改革为主要手段,努力提高学生的创新素质、培养创新人格的教育活动。在创新理念的支持下,积极开展实验教学创新活动,大力推行实验教学分层次培养模式,同时构建实验室信息化管理体系,把文化创新贯穿于整个教学过程,以高质量的创新人才与高水平的创新成果贡献社会。

abstract: construction of innovative culture is to cultivate innovative talents for the urpose of education innovation, which is based on deepen education reform, striving to prove the quality of students’ creative and developing innovative personality. in support of innovative ideas, we should carry out the experimental teaching innovation activities and experimental teaching hierarchical training actively, besides building a laboratory information management system with the culture of innovation throughout the entire teaching process to cultivate high—quality creative talents and high level of innovation which will make contribution to the society.

大学创新文化建设是提高现代大学核心竞争力的精神基础,是高校能否适应改革、适应社会的前提,大学的变革、创新与社会的变革密切联系。江泽民同志曾指出:“我们要跟上世界先进科技发展的步伐,必须千方百计地加快知识创新。”我们培养的人才是否受社会欢迎,就要看其是否具有创新精神、创新思维、创新能力。这是社会发展的必然结果,也是高等教育进一步深化改革的大势所趋。
