摘要:采用方差分析模型,通过研究c57bl/ksj-db/db小鼠的血液脂类生化指标特性,发现其高血糖和高血脂等特点与人类的ⅱ型糖尿病和非酒精性脂肪肝病的特点较为相似,可用于对该类疾病的研究或药效评价等方面,为研究者提供参考。

abstract: the blood lipid biological characteristics of c57bl/ksj-db/db mice were studied by variance analysis model. the results showed that the characters of hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia in db/db mice were similar to that of type ⅱ diabetes and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease of human, thus could provide references for research in these diseases and efficacy evaluation.

方差分析(analysis of variance,anova)要解决的基本问题是通过数据的分析弄清与研究对象有关的各个因素之间相互作用对该对象的影响。适用于对两组及两组以上的平均值进行总体的假设检验,检验不同处理所产生效应的差异是否显著的统计分析方法。
糖尿病和脂肪肝日益成为危害人类健康的两大常见疾病。糖尿病是一种以血糖增高为特征的代谢病,高血糖一般是由胰岛素缺陷或胰岛素作用缺陷而引起。糖尿病可分成四大类型,即
ⅰ型糖尿病、ⅱ型糖尿病、其他特殊型和妊娠期糖尿病,而ⅱ型糖尿病占该病群体的比重高达95%。c57b
