摘要:四川省是中国西南地区水资源较为丰富的省份之一,但近年来水旱灾害频繁发生,农业生产及农民生活用水出现困难。通过问卷调查,对四川省农村用水设施的现状及农民满意度进行分析并得出结论:四川省农村用水设施仍旧较为落后,自来水的普及率偏低,农田灌溉以原始方式为主,农民对用水设施的主观满意度较低,迫切需要改变用水设施基础薄弱的局面。

abstract: sichuan province is one of the provinces of abundant water resources in the southwest of china, but in recent years the flood and drought occurred frequently, and the agricultural production and peasants’ living water is difficult. through questionnaire survey and the analysis of the relevant data in sichuan province, tthe rural water facilities at present situation and peasants
’ satisfaction were studied. the results showed that the rural water facility of sichuan province is still lagging, the popularizing rate of tap water is still low, the field irrigation is the way of origin, the peasants to water facilities subjective satisfaction are less and the weak situation of water facility is urgent need to change.
