摘要: 数据挖掘技术为我国水利工程在管理和控制方面提供了重要的先进技术手段,为水利工程的管理工作开辟了新的视野。因为数据挖掘技术它可以对水利工程进行综合的数据分析,有助于水利工程管理决策的科学性、合理性。数据挖掘技术是一种能够在大量繁杂的数据当中寻找出那些潜在的、有价值的信息,并进行信息处理技术手段。
Abstract: Data mining technology provides an important advanced technical means for Chinaacute;s water conservancy project in management and control aspect and has opened up new horizons for the management of water conservancy project. Because data mining technology can make integrated data analysis of water conservancy project and ensure the scientific and rational management decisions of water conservancy project. Data mining is a technical means of finding out the potential and valuable information in a large number plex data and dealing with the information.

0引言
伴随着我国社会经济和科学技术的发展水平不断提高,在新型的信息化时代形势下,我国水利工程的相关基础设施的建设也在不断地完善。特别是在水利工程的管理和建设过程中,通过建立数据挖掘模型和采用数据挖掘技术,能够更有效地实现水利工程体系功能、作用,包括像一些防洪、防涝、灌溉、运输、发电
