土体扰动原位试验研究
摘要
由于盾构法施工时,往往会引起周围地层的移动,地层移动直接引
起地下近接结构物的变位,当变位不均匀时会产生附加应力,从而影响
地下结构物的正常使用。因此,研究盾构在施工过程中地下结构物周围
土体的扰动规律是很有必要的,一方面有利于地下结构设施的正常使
用,另一方面对新建隧道顺利进行也有一定的指导意义。
本文以上海西藏南路隧道穿越 M8 线为背景,在 M8 线顶部和侧面
地层中各设置六个土体分层沉降监测点和两个深层土体水平位移监测
点,对盾构机在穿越 M8 线时周围土体的扰动情况进行了全面的原位试
验。以监测数据为依据,结合施工参数对施工过程中盾构施工对周围土
体的扰动特性进行了分析,具体研究工作如下:
(1) 根据现场监测数据,结合施工过程中的施工参数分析 M8 线顶
部和侧部土体分层沉降在时间和空间上的分布规律和特点,然后将施工
参数对分层沉降的影响进行了简要的力学分析;
(2) 根据现场监测数据,结合施工过程中的施工参数分析 M8 线顶
部和侧部土体横向和纵向水平位移在时间和空间上的分布规律和特点,
然后利用 FEM 分析了注浆效果和注浆压力对轴向水平位移的影响;
(3) 建立三维弹塑性有限元模型模拟盾构掘进过程,进一步分析了
土体扰动的规律和特点,然后将模拟结果与实测结果进行了对比。

TION PROCESS WHEN LARGE SHIELD IS CROSSING EXISTING

ABSTRACT
As the shield construction often leads to the soil around tunnel move,
which cause uneven deformation of underground structure around the tunnel
directly, and uneven deformation also leads to underground structure obtain
additional stress, if the additional stress is big enough, the underground
structure will be broken. Thus researching the law of soil disturbance around
underground structures is necessary, on the one hand, it is conducive to
underground structure and facilities normal using, on the other hand, and it
is conducive to construction processing of new tunnel.
Based on the project of the River-crossing Tunnel of South Xizang
Road, the subsoil settlements and the disturbance of soil around the tunnel
by shield driven are summarized by means of measurement. Six measuring
points for soil layerwise settlement and two measuring points for soil deep
horizontal displacement were set in the lateral soil of M8 and in the soil
