京东商城自营物流模式研究
[摘要]物流相当于企业和客户之间联系的桥梁,扮演着一个十分重要的角色。它影响着企业的形象、收入及其未来的发展状况。随着电子商务的发展,市场的竞争也越来越激烈,消费者同样也出现分散性和地域性,导致物流配送在电子商务企业发展中的地位也就越来越重要,物流的配送模式和服务的水平正在逐渐成为制约电子商务企业进一步发展的因素。但是如果能选择一个符合自身的物流配送的模式,就能有大大的降低企业运营的成本,从而提升企业的服务水平,这样就可以增强企业的竞争力,促进企业的健康发展。本文以京东商城为例,介绍了他的发展过程,又分析了他的物流配送模式及其他自营物流的优劣势,结合当前我国电子商务物流配送模式现状及发展的趋势,对京东商城的物流配送提出改进措施的意见。
