所谓互动教学法是指在教学过程中充分发挥教师和学生双方的主观能动性,形成师生之间相互对话,相互讨论,相互交流、相互启发和相互补充的一种教学方法,它既要求学生在教师组织下按教学计划的要求系统地学习,也要求教师按学生提问和要求有针对性的重点施教。并分享彼此的思考、经验和知识,交流彼此的情感、体验和观念,从而得到共识、共享、共进,实现教学相长和共同发展,形成师生互教互学的“学习共同体”。这样,有利于激发学生学习积极性,挖掘他们的学习潜能,提高他们的综合素质;有利于教师和学生信息沟通、了解学生学习中存在的问题,以便因材施教,提高教学效果;有利于教学相长,促进教师不断学习专业及相关知识,改进教学方法,努力提高自身教学技能,培养和发展学生的个性。
