妊娠合并外科急腹症临床特点及治疗分析

[ 摘要] 目的探讨各种妊娠合并外科急腹症的临床诊治要点。方法回顾性分析笔者所在医院 2001 年 1 月~ 2011 年 1
月收治的 39 例妊娠合并外科急腹症患者的临床资料。结果 39 例妊娠合并外科急腹症,其中急性阑尾炎25 例,急性胆
囊炎 9 例,急性肠梗阻2 例,输尿管结石2 例,嵌顿性腹股沟斜疝1 例。39 例患者保守治疗 24 例,手术治疗27 例,其中
术前人工流产 4 例,孕期>34 周手术治疗同时行剖宫产 6 例,术后自然流产1 例。5 例术后给予保胎治疗,继续妊娠至
足月。结论不同妊娠期外科急腹症具有各自特点,妊娠期合并阑尾炎,多采用手术治疗,其他合并症则遵循个体化原
则,如有产科指征,应同时行剖宫产。
