摘要
随着国内汽车行业的高速发展,汽车空调越来越受到汽车制造商的重视。传统的手动机械式汽车空调难以满足乘客对汽车舒适性的需求,以及汽车企业对提升整车产品技术含量的要求,在一定程度上限制了汽车工业的发展。本文通过运用CAN总线技术,实现了基于CAN总线的汽车空调控制系统,大大提高了汽车空调的可操作性。
本文首先对汽车空调控制系统的网络化进行研究,结合CAN总线技术要求,采用CAN控制器SJA1000和CAN收发器PCA82C250设计了汽车空调系统中的CAN节点。在此基础上构建了基于CAN总线的汽车空调控制系统,并参照汽车领域中应用最广泛的SAE J1939协议制定了空调系统的CAN通讯协议。文中详细介绍了CAN节点的软硬件设计,设计了温度传感器、液晶显示屏、步进电机和直流电机等设备的驱动电路,以及为系统各节点进行了相应的软件设计和实现。
本文将汽车空调控制系统CAN网络化,使得分散在不同位置的空调系统各节点可以共享信息,更好的配合。基于CAN总线的汽车空调控制系统的开发不仅提高了汽车空调的舒适性,而且还使得汽车空调能与其它车载CAN网络进行互连,从而加速了车身一体化的进程。

Automobile air-conditioning control system research
Abstract
Along with rapid development of the domestic automobile industry, more and more attention had been paid to the automobile air-conditioning by automobile manufacturer. Now the domestically produced automobile air-conditioning controller generally used the manual machinery control mode,fallen behind greatly the international standard,had limited the automobile industry development.
This paper centered on the scientific and technological project of Changchun city which was named “BCM based on multi-bus connection”. By using CAN bus technology, we had realized automobile air conditioner control system which had been connected to a work. We had developed the protocol according to SAE J1939.
The automobile air conditioner control system was implemented in this paper .By using CAN bus, automobile air conditioner control system would develop working and intelligence. working model of air conditioner control system was implemented. We had realized the system with eight nodes. We study on automatic control, and this would e a foundation of BCM based on multi-bus connection in theory and practice.
