摘 要
本文立足于21世纪消费者日益多元化、个性化的需求这一基本前提,结合制造业专业分工协作模式的潮流,依据系统管理控制的思想和理论,运用PDCA分析模型针对企业内外部环境进行宏微观分析,通过分析找出影响企业有效运作的工期、质量、设备等问题,同时运用SPC(统计制程管制),TQC(全面质量管理),TPM(全员生产维护)等科学的管理思想、理念和控制方法进行系统分析、实证研究,在企业的生产环节中大胆尝试,对传统制造业的生产管理系统进行优化重组,消除浪费、提高效率、降低制造成本从而获取利润的最大化。
本文以实际的生产系统为主线,理论与实践相结合,在对具体的生产活动进行剖析和总结过程中寻找问题所在,采用生产管理中过程控制系统对研究的企业进行深入剖析和探讨,运用所学的系统管理控制理论处理和解决问题,通过定性、定量的分析,来获取解决问题的关键因素和有效的改进方法。本文的研究对于生产管理人员理解和把握生产管理的全过程,以及如何从实际的条件和需求出发,采用适合的方式来进行生产系统的维护和改善,具有一定的启发和参考价值。
