本建筑位于广东省广州市,是一个集餐饮、娱乐、住宿为一体的综合性酒店,地下一层设有车库,地上21层,1—5层为多功能服务区,包括办公室、酒吧、餐厅、游泳池、KTV包厢等,6到20层为客房,21层为总统套房。,总占地面积34126平方米。本次设计主要采用了谐波分析法(harmonic analysis method)计算了空调房间的冷负荷。针对各房间的位置和功能不同,酒吧、大堂吧、餐厅、宴会厅等大空间采用了全空气系统,房间空气品质较好,并且在过渡季节可以实现全新风运行,最大程度上利用自然界的能量,节省能源。对于办公室和客房等一些使用较为灵活的小房间,采用风机盘管和独立新风的半集中式系统,可以实现较为灵活的控制。对于全空气系统采用一次回风的机器露点送风的方式,风机盘管系统采用独立新风的方式,通过计算确定了各房间的送风状态和送风量。针对不同的房间采用了不同的送风方式,对于办公室和酒吧等采用了散流器平送的方式,客房采用侧送风的方式。

Abstract:
The building is located in Guangzhou , Guangzhou Province, is a set including catering, entertainment and modation as one integrated hotel 。It contains a layer of underground garage, 21-floor, 1-5-for-service areas, including offices, bars, Restaurants, swimming pools, KTV box, 6-20 for layer rooms, 21 of the Presidential Suite. The Overall height is meters, covers an area of 34,126 square meters. This was designed chiefly to adopt harmonic analysis method to calculate the cool load of air-condition building every room of different functions,such as bar, lobby bar, restaurant, banquet hall, and so on covering a large space chooses entire air can get air of better quality and can run in the tansition seasons with all fresh air , which can make best use of natural energy and save energy. For offices and some other small rooms which use more flexibly, chose fan-coil system that can achieve a more flexible control.
