The acceleration of cross-border capital flows, and the worldwide financial crisis, both make that the adjustment and anization of the world's resources requested by the international pattern. For a long time, to adapt to the needs of economic development and enhance their international status, the countries have had financial centers built to influence the world economy. The recent international financial crisis further accelerated the adjustment of the world development trend of global economic and financial multi-center, the Asia-Pacific region has e an important pole, combined with the improvement and economic development of China, its international status is ing important nowadays. The world is paying more attention to the development of China's financial thing, and we have gradually realized the importance of building our own financial center. China's construction of financial center has been noticed, but to build a CBD that can influence the world still got a long way to go. Beijing as the capital city, has certain advantages in resources and construction conditions, during the "Eleventh Five-Year", the Beijing CBD has been clearly oriented as the functional position of the main gathering area of international financial institutions, and “the 12th Five-Year Plan” has made some progress, still mentions to further enhance the degree of internationalization of Beijing CBD, making it an important force for Beijing to e the world city and the international financial center city.
This article is based on the theory of talented people accumulation, and tries to learn from developed countries’ essful examples. Then analyze education in Beijing CBD internationalization, introduce the overview of educational resources in CBD from the aspect of talented people agglomeration and the internationalization of education resources.
