在当今日益激烈的市场竞争中,商业企业要想生存和发展,必须改变旧的经营机制,追求先进的管理思想、管理模式和管理手段。本文针对商业企业铺建分销网络、市场销售预测及库存控制策略这一中心内容,重点研究了以下几部分内容。
首先本文在市场营销理论的支持下,研究了商业企业铺建分销网络工作中分销商的优选,提出了分销商综合实力评价指标体系,选择了层次分析法作为优选的工具,并利用盈亏平衡分析法确立了对分销商的定价原则;其次从市场预测、规划的角度,建立了基于神经网络的商品需求预测模型:最后,利用动态规划法建立了商品采购、库存控制体系。然后,以正泰集团天津销售公司为背景,对本文提出的方法进行了应用研究。这些方法和结论将有助于该公司提高管理水平和改进销售工

AB STRACT
In the present drastic petition,merce enterprise that wants to subsist and develop must change the old adminsitration mechanism and pursue the advanced management idea, management patterns and management at the problems of building the distribution· work,forecasting of the vendibility and the strategy of the inventory control in merce enterprise,this paper mainly studies the following content.
Firstly,this paper studies the optimal selection problem of branch selling dealer(BS饼in building the distribution work and presents the real strength evaluation index system about chooses the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) as optimal selection paper also determines the
pricing principle against BSD using the Profit—Loss Balance Analysis ,this paper builds the forecasting model of goods demand based on paper sets up the strategy of inventory control using Dynamic Programming that this Paper carries out the
application study using the above methods in the background
of the Tianjin pany of Zheng—Thi Bloc。which will
help to raise the management level of pany and
