摘要:目的为提高医院管理者的管理水平和医护队伍的执行力,打造高效执行性团队[1]。方法根据我院管理上存在执行力不够,工作开展大打折扣的实际情?r,通过医院层面聘请香港联成国际教育集团及西点医院管理研究所邓成伟博士,来院现场培训西点执行力。结果沐川县人民医院实现了参会人员每人撰写心得体会,提高了对西点执行力理论上的理解,并在实际管理中学以致用,达到了培训设计的预期效果。结论通过此种形式培训,提高全院干群对医院负责任、重结果、懂服从、争做医院资产型人力资源的认识,有利于医院快速、高效走上规范化的管理,为升级二级甲等医院达标奠定了夯实的基础。
