本文件适用于本公司生产区域。
This document applies to the production area of pany.
3 职责Responsibilities
工程部负责中央空调系统的维护。
The Engineering Dept. shall be responsible for maintaining the central air-conditioning system.
生产部负责防止加工过程中交叉污染措施的实施,外包清洁公司负责过滤网的清洁。
The Manufacturing Dept. shall be responsible for taking measures to prevent cross contamination during the production process, and the contract pany shall be responsible for cleaning filter screens.
质控部负责相关的监控。
The Quality Dept. shall be responsible for relevant monitoring.

防止交叉污染的措施
Measures to prevent cross contamination
人流、物流、气流
Staff, material and Air flows
人流、物流(包括成品、原料、废品)的流向应严格按照附件“迈德乐人流物流图”中所规定的路线;
Staff and material flows (including finished products, raw materials and rejects) shall go in pliance with the routes specified in the attached “Trolli flow charts of staff and material flows”.
设备自动报警时应清洁中央空调系统的过滤网,必要时更换。
When any equipment gives an alarm automatically, the filter screen of the central air-conditioning system shall be cleaned or replaced if necessary.
µ过滤器,当报警显示红色时更换。
A µm filter is installed pressed air on the inflator, and shall be replaced when a red alarm is given.
