胸苷酸合成酶的表达及其与胃癌的相关性

摘要
目的
探讨胃癌组织中胸苷酸合成酶( TS) 的表达及其与临床病理因素的关系。方法
采用免疫组织化
学染色的方法( S-P 法)检测了 48 例胃癌组织中 T S基因表达情况, 并用 SPSS10. 0统计软件分析其与临床病理因素的关
系。结果
48例胃癌组织中 TS基因表达的阳性率为 52. 1% ( 25 /48); T S的表达与肿瘤分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转
移与否及临床病理分期密切相关( P < 0. 05)。结论
胃癌组织中 TS表达水平可能是胃癌患者 1个重要的预后指标。
