本设计,先对零件进行工艺性上的分析;对零件的结构进行确定,选定一个可行方案;结合零件冲压工艺和模具的总体结构,用来设计产品的排样图;然后,又根据设计的产品排样图,对废品率,利用率,压力、冲裁力、刃口尺寸等一系列数据进行计算。最后,依据现有资料再用AutoCAD,来对模具进行设计、绘出装配图和零件图并且进行标注等工作,编制零件的加工工艺卡。
本说明书,介绍了发动机支座横梁螺柱垫板零件冲压模具的设计。本设计对产品进行了工艺分析和工艺方案的确定,接下来,先行对凸凹模、固定板、垫板、卸料板、挡料销、导正销等一些主要零部件进行一系列设计。本次设计,选用的模具模架全都都是采用标准模架,选择能够符合设计的模架。在设计过程中,把工作零件和压力机规格都进行了校核计算以及验算。本设计中,模具的冲孔凸摸使用螺钉固定;冲孔凹模和落料凸模则采用整体式结构设计。导正销需要单独固定在凸模固定板内,这样保证了工件上孔和外形的相对位置准确,提高了加工精度。我设计的这个结构,可以确保模具在工作的过程中,能够可靠的运行,也能确保模具进行大批生产的要求。

Abstract
This design,the first analysis of technology on the part of; parts of the structure are determined, select a feasible scheme; combined with the overall structure of stamping process and die, for blank layout design of products; then, according to the design of the product layout, the utilization rate of the scrap rate, pressure punching force, blade size and a series of data calculation. Finally, according to the available data, AutoCAD is used to design the die, draw the assembly drawing and the part drawing, and mark the work, and make the processing card of the part.
This manual introduces the design of stamping die for engine support, crossbeam, stud and shim plate. This design is determined, analysis and the process of product next, first a series of design of punch, plate plate, stripper plate, stop pin, guide pin and other main parts. The design, the selection of mold base are all standard mold base, choose to meet the design of mold. In the design process, the work parts and press specifications have been checked, calculated and checked. In the design, the punch punch of the die is fixed with screws, and the punching die and blanking punch adopt the integral structure design.
