摘要
船舶行业是我国的国民经济的战略产业,也是一个以出口为导向的国际化的产业。近年来,我国的船舶行业得到了极大的发展,尤其是大型的国有造船企业更是日益成长壮大,但是与世界先进造船企业相比还是有不少差距。随着2008年的世界金融危机的爆发,全世界的造船行业都遭受了重大的挫折,在此背景下,我国的大型国有造船企业对国际化产生了更迫切的需要。本文就中国的大型国有造船企业的国际化问题展开研究,意在为中国的大型国有造船企业的国际化提供理论依据和现实建议,最终实现世界第一造船大国的梦想。
本文先简单的介绍了我国的造船行业现状和研究背景,说明国际化研究对我国大型的国有造船企业的重大意义,再根据企业国际化的基本理论,构建简单的理论模型,如国际投资理论、国际贸易理论和国际市场进入模型等,并结合我国六大国有的造船企业的国际化概况及其所取得的成果,同时,运用对比研究的方法,将其与外国造船行业的对比,从中可以发现各类问题,并提出解决之道。最后,本文从国际目标市场的选择、国际市场的进入模式和国际市场营销等三个方面对我国大型的国有造船企业的国际化发展进行探讨,及时地提出一些建议,阐述了企业在国际化过程中应该采取的相关战略。

ABSTRACT
The shipbuilding industry is China's national economy strategic industry, and also an export-oriented international industry. In recent years, China's shipbuilding industry has been tremendously developed, especially large state-owned panies are growing much stronger, but parison with the world's most advanced shipbuilding enterprises they still have many disparities. With the 2008 world financial crisis, the world’s shipbuilding industry suffered a major setback, and under this circumstance, China's large state-owned shipbuilding enterprises had a more urgent international need. This article launches the research on China's large state-owned shipbuilding enterprise internationalization and intends to provide the theory basis and the reality for China's large-scale state-owned shipbuilding enterprise's internationalization and realizes the world first shipbuilding great nation dream finally.
This article first introduces a simple situation and China's shipbuilding industry research background, and shows the international research on China's large state-owned shipbuilding enterprises of great significance. Then according to the basic theory of enterprise internationalization, it establishes a simple theoretical model, such as international investment theory, international trade theory and international marketing entry modes and so on.
