我国连锁便利店物流配送模式研究
——以7-11便利店为例

摘要
作为一种新的零售业态,便利店在我之地。在竞争日益激烈的零售业中,物流配送成为影响企业核心竞争力的一个关键因素。物流在继生产、销售之后成为企业发展的第三大支柱与第三大利润源,是便利店成本降低、获取竞争优势、获得经营利润与满足顾客需要的关键。
我国便利店在高速发展的同时,也存在着物流配送落后、统一配送率低的问题,这些问题导致我国便利店利润与规模都远低于国际大型便利店。本文通过研究分析7-11便利店的物流配送体系,结合我国实际情况,建议我国便利店根据企业自身能力自营物流或使用第三方物流,实现物流配送模式的复合化;重视并建设具备先进技术与管理的自动化配送中心和建立快速反应的物流信息系统,发展适合我国便利店企业的物流配送体系,提高物流配送效率。

Abstract
As a new retail format, convenience stores in China's rapid development, and quickly occupy a space for one person in China's retail industry. In the increasingly petition of retail trade, logistics distribution e the petitiveness of enterprises is a key factor. Logistics in the following production, sales enterprise development to e the third pillars and the third source of profit, convenience store cost, petitive advantage, obtain operating profits and meet the needs of customers is the key.
China's convenience store grows in high speed while, also exist in logistics distribution is backward, unified distribution rate is low problem, these problems have led to China's convenience store profit and scale are far below the international large convenience store. Through analysis of 7-11convenience store logistics and distribution system, combined with China's actual situation, proposed our country convenience stores according to enterprise oneself ability self-logistics or using third party logistics, logistics distribution mode of attention and construction; with advanced technology and management automation of distribution center and establish a rapid response logistics information system, for the development of China's convenience store business logistics and distribution system, improve the efficiency of logistics distribution.
