摘要
随着永磁材料工艺的进步和电子电力技术的发展,永磁同步电动机逐渐克服技术难点,逐步占领市场。永磁同步电动机与异步电动机相比,有效率高、功率因数高、体积小、节能等优势。在当今强调节约、绿色概念的社会,节能和节约材料的永磁同步电机已经在国外蓬勃发展,而在国内电机行业也以惊人的速度在发展。
本文设计了一台额定功率15kW、额定转速为1500rpm的永磁同步电动机。采用了高性能的钕铁硼永磁材料提高电机的功率密度。主要进行了电机的磁路计算、绕组计算、参数计算、损耗计算。通过改变电动机电枢铁心长径、磁钢片厚度、气隙长度和定、转子槽配合方式,对比分析了电动机的性能,对电动机进行优化设计,实现小型化和高效节能运行的目的,并且降低了电动机的成本。利用基于有限元Ansoft软件进行了电机参数的相关计算,与电机设计的传统磁路法进行了对比,分析了两者之间的误差以及误差产生的原因,提高了电机设计的准确性。

Design of Internal Rotor Line Start Permanent Synchronous Motor
Abstract
With advances in ic materials technology and electronic power technology development, technical difficulties are gradually being e; the market is gradually being occupied by permanent synchronous motor. Permanent synchronous pare to asynchronous motors, there are high efficiency, high power factor, small size, energy-saving advantages. In today's emphasis on saving energy, with the concept of environment protection, energy-saving materials, permanent synchronous motor has been flourishing in foreign countries, and in the national domestic, motor industry at an alarming rate in the development.
Depended on the practical technical requirements, a high performance NTP permanent motor is designed. The rated speed is 1500rpm, and the rated power is 15kW. The ic circuit design, winding design, parameter calculation and loss calculation are carried on. The inductance parameter that impacts the control performance of the motor is calculated and simulated by Ansoft, and the result pared to the conventional ic circuit calculation. Through the change of the length of length armature, the thickness of the silicon steel sheet, air gap length and the pole slot number, the motor design is optimized. The low cost, small volume and high efficiency motor is obtained.
