文档介绍：足跟采血致新生儿疼痛的护理体会
【摘要】目的对足跟采血致新生儿疼痛的护理的效果进行分析。方法资料选自2011年10月――2013年6月在我院产科出生的足月新生儿160例,将其分为两组,各80例,所有新生儿进行足跟采血后,对照组行常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上,加上体位和非营养性吸允护理。观察采血后两组新生儿的DAN评分和啼哭情况。结果研究组的DAN总评分为(±)分,明显低于对照组的(±)分,两组比较有统计学意义;研究组采血后半分钟啼哭的有55例,对照组采血后半分钟啼哭的有71例,两组比较有统计学意义。结论新生儿在足跟采血时,在常规护理的基础上对其进行体位和非营养性吸允护理,能安抚情绪,减轻疼痛感,效果明显。

【Abstract】Objective to heel blood cause of neonatal pain nursing effects were the data in October 2011-June 2013 full-term babies born in February 160,it can be divided into two groups,80 cases each,all newborns after heel blood,the control group,routine nursing group on the basis of conventional nursing,plus the postures and non nutritional sucking observe the blood in the two groups after the newborn's DAN grading and the team divided into DAN judgement(-),significantly lower than the control group( + ) paring
the two groups was statistically significant;Team in pursuance of a half minutes after crying in 55 cases of control group in blood after half a minute crying in 71 paring the two groups was statistically neonatal heel blood,on the basis of conventional nursing care on the postures and non nutritional sucking nursing,can calm mood,alleviate pain,the effect is obvious.
