摘��要�
犬螨虫病是由疥螨、蠕形螨、耳痒螨等引起的皮肤寄生虫病。由于该虫寄生部位特
殊,个体间传播快,防治难度较大,患犬奇痒难忍,对宠物犬和犬养殖业造成了较大危
害。为了解新疆库尔勒市宠物犬螨虫病分布情况及流行特征,并且进一步制定和完善防
治技术提供科学依据,故于 2009 年 4-7 月对到康达利宠物医院就诊的患皮肤病犬感染
螨病的情况且进行了初步的调查。调查结果表明,新疆库尔勒市的螨虫病以疥螨为主,
且气温越高发病率越高,而且,不同品种的犬感染螨虫的只数差异较大,其中,德国牧
羊犬、杂交犬、沙皮犬感染只数较多,喜乐弟犬、拉布拉多犬、博美、金毛犬感染只数
较少。对确诊的犬螨病病例采用不同的治疗方法进行治疗实验,力求找到最有效的治疗
方案,治疗实验的结果表明,宠物医院自制的中药洗剂效果优于双甲脒的治疗效果,而
且中药副作用小,值得进行推广。复合的治疗方案效果优于单一药品的治疗方案,宠物
医院应根据病犬的具体情况选择治疗方案。透皮剂使用方便,但是疗效差于其他几种药
的联合治疗,可以根据动物的经济价值合理使用。同时,做好犬舍环境的消毒对螨病的
治疗至关重要。�

Abstract
Dogs mite is a Skin parasites disease caused by itch mite,vermiform mite and to the
special areas where the mite host and the quickly spreading speed between individual,it’s difficult to
control the suffering from great itchy,caused greatly harm to the pet dog and order
to find out XingJiang kuerle city pet dog mite disease distribution and popular characteristic,and further
establish and perfect to provide the scientific basis for prevention and control technology,in 2009 April-July

Research results show that itch mite is the main dogs mite in XinJiang kuerle city,and the temperature is
higher,the incidence is the number of dogs infection mite is different in different
varieties,among them,the infection number of German shepherd dogs 、Shar-Pei dog、hybridization dog is
more,The infection number of Joy Di Dog、labrador retriever、golden retrievers dogs is dogs which
is diagnosed were treated using different therapy for experimental treatment,find the most effective
