机械制造业是一个国家技术进步和社会发展的支柱产业之一,无论是传统产业,还是新兴产业,都离不开各式各样的机械装备。而加快产品上市的时间,提高质量,降低成本,加强服务是制造业追求的永恒主题。
此篇论文主要内容是对CA6140主轴加工工艺路线进行的研究、设计,主轴设计主要是根据零件的加工条件、加工要求、机床配置参数和结构等合理地选择主轴的主参数。其中包括了各道工序的加工方法,机床、刀具、夹具、辅具、量具的选择,准面的选取,定位和夹紧方案的拟定。
质量、生产率和经济性,是制定工艺过程所必须满足的技术要求,本次设计同样需要考虑这三者之间的关系。此外,本设计论文还对计算机辅助编制工艺规程(ACAPS系统)进行了简述。
因此,这次设计是对该车床主轴的工艺问题进行必须辨证的、全面的加以分析,其基本原则是在满足质量要求的前提下,不断提高劳动生产率和降低成本,以优质、高产、低消耗的工艺方案来完成车床主轴的加工,从而取得综合的最佳效果。

Abstract
Machinery manufacturing industry is a country of technological progress and social development in one of the pillar industries, both traditional industries, or emerging industries, we can not do without all kinds of machinery and equipment. And speed up product time to market, improve quality, reduce costs, enhance the services industry is the pursuit of the eternal theme.
Main contents of this paper is CA6140 main processing line of research, design, spindle design is based mainly parts of the processing conditions, processing requirements, machine configuration parameters and structure reasonable to choose the main parameters of the spindle. Including the various processing methods, processes, machines, tools, fixtures, auxiliary equipment, measuring tool of choice, the prospective of the selection, positioning and clamping programme formulation.
Quality, productivity and economy, the development process must meet the technical requirements, this design also need to consider the relationship between these three. In addition, the paper puter-aided design of the preparation of a point of order (ACAPS system) were outlined.
Therefore, the current design is the lathe spindle of the issues to be dialectical, comprehensive analysis, and the basic principle is to meet the quality requirements under the premise of continuously improve labor productivity and reduce costs, to high-quality, high-yield, low plete the programme of the spindle lathe processing, to obtain prehensive best results.
