【摘要】目的探讨洛铂单药方案对晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法选择初治的IllB~IV期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC),予以4周期含洛铂两药方案化疗后病情未进展的患者(完全缓解者剔除)58例分为对照组(n=28)和观察组(n=30),对照组仅予最佳支持关怀治疗(BSC);观察组予洛铂30mg/m2,第1天,静脉滴注,21天为1个周期同时给予最佳支持关怀治疗。治疗至病情进展。以中位无进展生存时间(PFS)、生活质量(QOL)和不良反应作为观察指标。观察组患者至少完成3个周期的维持治疗,最多5个周期,共完成131个周期。,,差异显著(P<)。%,%差异显著(P<)。不良反应两组比较无统计学差异(P>)。结论洛铂单药用于晚期NSCLC的维持治疗能够延长PFS,提高QOL,不良反应可以耐受。

[Abstract] [Objective] To study the efficiency and adverse effects of using lobaplatin to treat non-small cell lung cancer.  [Methods] Choice of initial treatment of IllB ~ IV stage non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients failed to progress, to 4 cycle containing platinum containing lobaplatin chemotherapy (complete remission after eliminating) 58 cases were divided into control group (n=28) and observation group (n=30), the control group only received best supportive care treatment; observation group was treated with lobaplatin 30mg/m2, first days, intravenous drip, 21 days are 1 period also received best
