关于我国新型农村合作医疗筹资问题的研究
[摘要] 目的通过对我国新型农村合作医疗筹资问题的研究,了解我国新型农村合作医疗的筹资现状,分析在其筹资过程中出现的问题,深入探究问题出现的原因,为解决我国新型农村合作医疗筹资难的问题提供科学依据。方法对乡镇农民进行个别访谈,同时采用文献检索法来获得相关资料。结果(1)我国新型农村合作医疗筹资现状(2)我国新型农村合作医疗筹资出现的几个问题(3)我国新型农村合作医疗筹资中出现问题的一些原因分析。结论针对新型农村合作医疗筹资难题可以采取以下对策:完善制度设计;合理划分各方筹资责任;扩大筹资渠道;加快我国经济和法制建设。

Abstract: objective After studying the problems of fund-raising of china’s new-type rural corporation medical system, we understand the present situation of fund-raising of China’s new - type rural corporation medical system, analyse the problems, go deeply into the reasons of the problems and provide science foundation for the solving of the problems
Methods Interview the farmers separately and then retrieve the documents to get the data
