施工项目管理的管理对象是施工项目,它按施工项目的内在规律,实现对工程项目施工活动进行全过程、全方位的组织、计划、指导、控制和资源的优化配置,最终取得最佳的经济效益,它以合同为依据,以项目经理责任制为中心。施工项目管理的目标即是项目的目标,施工项目管理的主要内容[1],即合同管理、费用控制、质量控制、进度控制、安全控制、组织协调和信息管理。
