摘要
在网络应用日益普及的今天,无纸化网络办公是目前企事业单位提高办公效率和机构精简改革趋势的一个要求。采用无纸化网络办公不仅可以实现资源共享、提高办公效率,而且也可以使工作人员的办公更加轻松自如,同时也节减了许多不必要的开支。无纸化网络办公系统已经越来越多地进入到各级单位的日常工作中。系统开发任务主要包括前台界面的设计和后台数据库管理的设计。
经过详细的分析和调查,本设计采用 Microsoft ASP 作为开发工具,ess数据库设计,利用ADO数据库访问技术实现对数据库的各种管理操作,实现无纸化网络办公的基本功能及管理功能。设计过程中,首先建立了系统的应用原型,然后在此基础上进行需求迭代,详细设计时不断修正和完善,经过测试阶段反复调试和验证,最终形成达到设计要求的可行系统。

Abstract
With the widespread of , work without paper in office has e a requirement of pany's efficiency and transforming its superfluous association. By employing this, people not only could enjoy mutual information; improve work efficiency; but also could work with a relaxed mind and reduce unnecessary expense.. With its popularity, this kind of system has already e the way pany’s daily work. The main task of its exploration includes the plan of the front and the management of the data base.;
Through detailed analysis and investigation, this plan makes use of Microsoft Active Server Pages as the tool of exploration, Access as the management data base, and also uses ADO to the management of investigation in order to realize the basic function of non-paper work system. During the process of the planning, firstly it establishes an applicable module of the system, then corrects the draft on this basis and through repeated examination and constant improvement, the system has lastly achieve its requirements.
