汽车底盘的作用是支承、安装汽车发动机及其各部件、总成,形成汽车的整体造型, 并接受发动机的动力,使汽车产生运动,保证正常行驶。底盘由传动系、行驶系、转向系和制动系四部分组成。汽车性能的优劣不仅取决于组成汽车的各部件的性能,而且在很大程度上取决于各部件的协调和配合,取决于总布置设计;总体设计水平的高低对汽车的设计质量、使用性能和产品的生命力起决定性的影响。
越野车行驶工况复杂,对底盘各总成的要求较高,在设计过程中,我主要进行了底盘各零部件的布置,绘制了总装图和部分零部件图,通过性能计算,满足越野车底盘设计的基本要求。

Abstract
The role of vehicle chassis is to support, and install automotive engine and ponents, assembly, and form the overall shape of the car and pass the engine power to move the car, and to ensure normal travelling. Chassis is make up of the power train, road system, steering system and braking system . Automotive performance depends not only on the ponents of position, but also largely depends on ponents of coordination and cooperation, and the general layout design; the quality of vehicle design, the use of performance and products play a decisive impact on the vitality.
The driving situation of sport utility vehicle is plex ,so the quality of the chassis assembly is important. In the process of design, I carried out various parts of the chassis layout, drew the assembly diagram and some calculating the performance of the sport utility vehicle chassis, it meets through the the basic requirements of design.

越野车必须具备在公路之外条件下行驶的能力,也就是汽车在复杂路面上的通过性。这些复杂路面可分为凹凸不平的路面、松软路面、光滑路面、坡度路面、狭窄路面和涉水路面以及上述路面的组合路面等。这就使得越野车的设计比别的车型更严格。我设计的10T越野车属于中型越野车,主要是军用,为了适应苛刻的路面条件,军用越野车必须具备特殊的结构,以达到高度的越野性能,使其在复杂的路面条件下都能比较顺利地前进。
设计一越野车底盘,驱动形式6×6单胎,前轴转向,中后桥为非独立悬架,前桥为双横臂独立悬架,采用10档手动变速器,完成总布置设计,绘出总装图,部分零件图,进行性能计算,使轴荷分配合理,满足该底盘安装上装后的行驶要求。
设计参数:
采用ISDe210 40柴油发动机,,;

根据设计原则,目标和用户的需求特点,整车设计人员要提出被开发车型的整车型式方案,主要包括以下几部分:
(1)发动机的种类和型式;
(2)轴数和驱动型式;
(3)车头和驾驶室的型式及与发动机、前轴(轮)的位置关系;
(4)轮胎的选择。
对于发动机的种类和型式,在现代汽车上主要选用汽油机和柴油机,用其它燃料或其它种类的发动机,可根据车型
