Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 in order to strengthen the the Yellow River river management, ensure the safety of flood control, give full play to prehensive benefit of the Yellow River River and the Yellow River project, according to the "People's Republic of China water law", "People's Republic of China river management regulations" (hereinafter referred to as the "river regulations"), combined with the actual situation in our province, the enactment of this approach.
