1. 公司通过制订不符合规定情况的报告、 分析和纠正程序, 意在将体系运行过程中发现的
问题、 缺陷通过规定的程序进行报告、调查、分析和进行纠正,是确保安全管理有效运
行的重要措施。
The intention of pany is reporting, investigation, analysis and correction discoverable
problems and deficiencies during SMS circulation by formulating procedure which reporting,
analysis and rectification of non-conformities. It is an important measure to ensure Safety
Management System circulation effectively.
2. 公司通过制订事故险情的报告、 分析和纠正程序, 是在事故、 险情发生后, 针对所发生
的事故 /险情,进行详细的了解、分析,找出事故 /险情发生的根源,制定出相应的纠正
措施,吸取经验教训,避免类似的事故 /险情再次发生,以改进安全和防污染管理工作。
