摘要
现如今随着社会不断的发展,各种法律与规范跟不上经济发展的脚步,随之大量的问题不断涌现。而作为未来的希望的青少年在社会不断改革的脚步逐渐出现了令人堪忧的问题。从早期的因为生活窘迫而被迫违法犯罪到现在各种因由造成的犯罪行为,从个人,简单的犯案手法到现在有团体有组织有计划的进行活动,无一不表示,现如今青少年犯罪早不同于过去那种行为,甚至有知法犯法,在青春期为了证明自己而不断挑战法律极限。因此本文着重城市青少年犯罪行为及其矫治,在翻阅现今各类文献,总结得出自己对于现今青少年犯罪矫治的看法。

Abstract
Nowadays, with the continuous development of society, the various laws and regulations can not keep up with the pace of economic development, with the large number of problems as hope for the future of youth in social reform pace appeared gradually a worrying the early because of the distress of life and forced to crime to now various reasons caused by crime, from individual, simple modus operandi to now anized and planned activities, without said, now teenagers crime early is different from the past that kind of behavior, and even know the law but break it, in order to prove themselves in adolescence constantly challenge the legal paper mainly City juvenile delinquency and its correction in the reading today, all types of literature, summarized his view on the juvenile delinquency correction.
