摘要
本次课程设计的课题是齿轮泵泵座零件直径为17mm孔夹具设计。
本论文按照夹具设计的一般步骤,进行了以下部分的设计:
通过对零件的工艺分析,确定了零件的生产类型、机械加工工艺过程、工艺规程设计、毛胚的种类和制造方法。通过零件的分析后制定零件机械加工工艺路线,选择定位基准、说明表面加工方法的选择、加工阶段的划分、工序集中与分散、零件加工工艺原则和工艺编制。通过以上零件的实体图确定
夹具总体方案,包括加工的方法、定位方案和定位误差的分析、夹紧方案、夹具体结构布局。

Abstract
The curriculum design issue is milling machine parts stent diameter of 50 mm holes fixture design.
This paper in accordance with the general steps fixture design, the design of some of the following:
