论和谐劳动关系的构筑
内容提要:
近几年来,随着我国经济的飞速发展,劳动关系的逐渐复杂化,研究和谐劳动关系构筑的文章很多,但是对“和谐劳动关系”的正面说明和定义并不多。劳动关系是现代社会关系的重要组成部分,是生产关系的一种表现形式。随着经济和社会发展,劳动关系呈现出多元化、复杂化。和谐的劳动关系的构筑是构建和谐社会的重要基础,是关系经济发展和社会稳定的大事,应当引起我们高度重视。。
本文从和谐劳动关系的构筑的概念、其特征和和谐劳动关系构筑的意义入手,提出并分析了当前和谐劳动关系构筑所存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策,同时还展望了和谐劳动关系构筑在未来的发展方向。从而为和谐劳动关系的构筑提供了理论支持。

Abstract:
In recent years, with the rapid development of Chinese economy, labor relations are ing plicated, there are so many articles researching on the harmonious labor relations construction, but the instruction and definition of "harmonious labor relations" are not clear enough. Labor relations are an important part of the modern social relations and are a kind of expression form of the production relations. With the development of economy and society, labor relations present diversification plication. The harmonious labor relation is the important foundation of the construction of the harmonious society, and really matters to the economic development and the social stability, so we should pay much attention to that. Also due to the labor relations are the important part of social relationship. So the construction of harmonious labor relations is the basis of building a harmonious society.
This paper, from the concept of the construction of the harmonious labor relations, the characteristics of constructing harmonious labor relations and its significance, puts forward and analyzes the current existing problems of constructing harmonious labor relations, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, also looks forward to the development direction of building harmonious labor relations in the future. Therefore this paper can provide the theory supports of the construction of the harmonious labor relations.
