消费税对企业环境保护行为的影响
摘要:在我国的税法体系中消费税是最重要的税种之一,通过对消费方式的引导间接遇到企业经营和调节收入分配,推动企业自主地保护生态环境的行为。在我国近年来也为企业的环境保护和企业的节能减排方面的推动做出了许多贡献,特别是消费税制度的设定、征税环节的选择和税率设计上对环境保护的导向性更为明显,但是仍然存在着诸多亟待解决的问题。消费税制度改革需要由于环境保护的整体布局相协调,着重突出企业环境保护的效能,本文以消费税对企业的环境保护行为的影响进行分析,先论述和谐社会征收消费税的意义再到当前企业治理环境污染的主要手段,进而就如何推进消费税对企业环境保护的促进作用提出相应的、切实有效的对策措施。

Effect of excise taxes on environmental protection behavior of enterprises
Abstract: in the consumption tax in our tax system is one of the most important taxes, meet business indirectly through the Guide to consumption patterns and adjust e distribution, promote enterprise independent acts to protect ecological environment. In our country in recent years as corporate environmental protection and promoting enterprise energy saving and emission reduction has made many contributions, in particular setting consumption tax system, tax options and rate design-oriented more to environmental protection, but there are still many problems to be solved. Consumption tax system reform requires coordination due to the overall layout, highlight the effectiveness of the environmental protection, based on consumption taxes to analyze the influence of environmental protection behavior of enterprises, discusses the significance of harmonious society the consumption tax first and then to the current corporate governance means the main, and on how to promote the role of consumption taxes on enterprise environmental protection put forward and effective countermeasures.
