摘要
啦啦队运动近年来在中国学校中如火如荼的开展,舞蹈啦啦队作为啦啦队
运动的一个组成部分,有着自身独特的魅力和开展优势。通过给啦啦队教练员和
评判员发放调查问卷和对国内外啦啦队专家进行访问,专家们均认为舞蹈是影响
舞蹈啦啦队发展的的重要因素之一。问卷调查表明舞蹈中的 hip-hop 对舞蹈啦啦
队街舞类影响较大;芭蕾,现代舞和古典舞对舞蹈啦啦队爵士类影响较大;原始
舞蹈对舞蹈啦啦队花球类影响较大。本文从舞台空间的应用、基本知识、舞蹈要
素、基本技术、基本功训练方法以及项目人口选定和发展方向等方面作为切入点,
对舞蹈和舞蹈啦啦队进行文字性比较的描述,其中着重阐述了舞蹈啦啦队和影响
其风格的舞蹈两者之间在发力方式、音乐、包装、难度、风格方面之间的对比。
结果表明,舞蹈啦啦队在各个领域均可以很好的借鉴舞蹈的优点,同时结合自己
的项目特点,快速成长成为一项推动校园文化的新生项目。建议以后舞蹈啦啦队
的发展应该更好的借鉴舞蹈的舞台应用,训练方法,使表演专业化,同时,积极
寻求舞蹈啦啦队的发展出路,壮大舞蹈啦啦队人口,普及舞蹈啦啦队课程,形成
中国的舞蹈啦啦队文化。

ABSTRACT
Cheer-dancing Sports es more and more popular in China during recent
years. Being a part of cheerleading, cheer-dancing owns its unique charm and
advantage. With questionnaires for cheer-dancing experts and visits on international
cheer-dancing experts, we can understand from ment from experts that
dance is one of key factors for development of cheer-dancing. Survey result showed
that hip-hop had a greater impact on hip-hop dance of cheer-dancing, and ballet,
modern dance and folk dance had a greater impact on jazziness of cheer-dancing; and
traditional dance had a greater impact on flower ball dance of cheer-dancing. The
paper studies from application of stage space, dance elements, basic skills, basic
training methods of dance and dancer collection and development orientation, etc,
with stating dance and cheer-dancing in details; at the same time, the paper focuses on
comparative study on dancing force, music, dressing, difficulty, style of three types of
cheer-dancing, the result of which showed that all areas of cheer-dancing can be the
learner of advantage of dance. Combined with its own features, cheer-dancing can
e a fast-growing activity promoting campus culture. It is suggested that the
